• Medium :

  464 mL Modified HITES medium Adjust pH to 7.2 – 7.4. Filter sterilize through a 0.2 micrometer filter, dispense 500 mL into 500 mL bottles. (10L RPMI-1640 + 50mg Insulin, human recombinant + 0.04326 mg Sodium Selenite + 0.02724 mg Β-Estradiol + 2.922 g L-Glutamine), supplemented with following " 1 mL Hydrocortisone (10 nM or 1.0 x 10-8 M) 5 mL Transferrin (0.01 mg/mL or 10 μg/mL) 25 mL FBS 5 mL L-Glutamine Note: Complete culture medium is stable for 1 month once hydrocortisone and transferrin are added.
