• Description:

  Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 S Protein RBD (501Y.V2) is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Arg319-Phe541(K417N,E484K,N501Y) is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. The mutations were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variant (known as 20C/501Y.V2 or B.1.351 lineage) which emerged in South Africa.
