Talinolol (Cordanum) is a long-acting, cardioselective β1-adrenergic receptor blocker. Talinolol exhibits cardioprotective and antihypertensive activities. Talinolol is also a well-known and frequently used probe substrate for P-glycoprotein (P-gp) activity[1][2].
