HACVR2 inhibits T-helper type 1 lymphocyte (Th1) -mediated auto- and alloimmune responses and stimulates immunological tolerance.HAVCR2 Mouse Recombinant produced in HEK293 cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain (20-193 a.a) containing 413 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 46.3kDa.HAVCR2 is fused to a 239 amino acid hIgG-His-Tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
