CD9 is necessary for the egg-sperm fusion during mammalian fertilization.CD9 Human Recombinant produced in HEK293 Cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 93 amino acids (112-195a.a) and having a molecular mass of 10.7kDa.CD9 is fused to 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
