Its outer membrane protein A is a peptidoglycan-associated lipoprotein which plays a significant role in the pathogenesis of the disease. OmpA is a part of the porin superfamily sharing a beta-barrel structure.Anaplasma OmpA produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 24kDa. Anaplasma OmpA is expressed with a 10xHis tag and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

• Purification :

  Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

• Format :

  Anaplasma OmpA is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-8.0, 200mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.

• Storage Conditions :

  Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
