Mutations in TNNT2 gene can lead to familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy as well as dilated cardiomyopathy. TNNT2 mutation takes part in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.Cardiac Muscle Troponin T Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non- glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 297 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 35.8kDa.TNNT2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
