NK-Natural killer cells express multiple calcium-dependent (C-type) lectin-like receptors, for instance CD94 (KLRD1; MIM 602894) and NKG2D (KLRC4; MIM 602893), which interact with major histocompatibility complex class I molecules and either inhibit or else activate cytotoxicity and cytokine secretion. CLEC1B is a C-type lectin-like receptor which is expressed in myeloid cells as well as in NK cells.CLEC1B Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 198 amino acids (55-229 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 23.1kDa. CLEC1B is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Storage Conditions
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
