The protein creates disulfide bonds in the target proteins by contributing disulfide bond from its Cys30-Pro31-His32-Cys33 active site to a couple of cysteine residues.DsbA Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 190 amino acids (20-208) and having a molecular mass of 21.2 kDa. DsbA Humanis purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
