  The Human CTRB1 was lyophilized without any additives.It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Human CTRB1 in 1ml 50mM HAc which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

• Storage Conditions :

  Recombinant Human CTRB1 although stable at room temp for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

• Applications Notes :

  1100 units/mg protein. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will hydrolyze 1.0 μmole of N-alpha-acetyl-L-tyrosine ethyl ester (ATEE) per min at pH 7.0 at 25°C.
