• Description :

  Source: Sf9, Baculovirus cells.Sterile Filtered colorless solution.Neuropilin 1 (Nrp1) is a transmembrane glycoprotein which functions as a co-receptor for several extracellular ligands including class III/IV semaphorins, some isoforms of vascular endothelial growth factor and transforming growth factor beta. Nrp1 binds vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) -A and is believed to serve as a coreceptor for kinase insert domain-containing receptor (KDR) by connecting with KDR and enhancing VEGF signaling. Nrp1 is a marker of regulatory T cells.NRP1 Rat Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 842 amino acids (22-855 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 94.8kDa (Migrates at 100-150kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions) .NRP1 is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

• Storage Conditions :

  Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) . Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
