MYDGF Mouse

• Description :

  Source: Escherichia Coli.Sterile Filtered clear solution.Myeloid-derived growth factor (Mydgf) is a paracrine-acting protein and a bone marrow-derived monocyte which stimulates cardiac myocyte survival and adaptive angiogenesis for cardiac protection and repair after myocardial infarction. Mydgf induces endothelial cell proliferation through a MAPK1/3-, STAT3- and CCND1-mediated signaling lane. When comparing wild-type mice to mice with a Mydgf-deficiency, the later develop larger infarct scars and more acute contractile dysfunction. MYDGF Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 165 amino acids (25-166 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 18.1kDa. MYDGF is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

  Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

• Components :

  MYDGF protein solution (0.5mg/mL) containing 20mM Tris-HCl (pH8.0), 0.1M NaCl and 10% glycerol.

• Storage Conditions :

  Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
