Source: Sf9, Baculovirus cells.Sterile filtered colorless solution.IL-12 is a heterodimeric cytokine that stimulates the production of interferon gamma from T-cells and natural killer cells, and also induces differentiation of Th1 helper cells. It is an initiator of cell-mediated immunity.IL12RB1 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain (24-545 a.a.) and fused to a 6 aa His Tag at C-terminus containing a total of 528 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 58.4kDa.IL12RB1 shows multiple bands between 50-70kDa on SDS-PAGE, reducing conditions and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Components
IL12RB1 protein solution (0.25mg/mL) contains Phosphate buffered saline (pH7.4), 20% glycerol, 1mM EDTA and 0.1mM PMSF.
Storage Conditions
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
