Description
Source : Escherichia Coli. GRHPR Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 348 amino acids (1-328 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 37.8 kDa. The GRHPR is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. GRHPR located in the cytosol, belongs to the D-isomer specific 2-hydroxyacid dehydrogenase family of proteins. GRHPR is widely expressed in liver. GRHPR has widespread tissue expression and is involved in metabolism. GRHPR is an enzyme with hydroxypyruvate reductase, glyoxylate reductase, and D-glycerate dehydrogenase enzymatic activities.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Components
The GRHPR solution (0.5mg/mL) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 20% glycerol, 5mM DTT and 0.2M NaCl.
Storage Conditions
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
