Description
Single Stage pumps are known for their compact design, low maintence, reliability, durability, ruggedness and efficient performance. Designed to attain the desired vacuum in a short time. Gives trouble free performance for years. The main assembly of the pump consists of a stator with a rotor mounted eccentrically. The rotor is fitted with two spring loaded vanes diametrically opposite each other, which moves in and out of their slots, pressing against inner surface of the stator. The eccentric rotation of these vanes sweep the air space two times in a single revolution, creating the vacuum. Main assembly is enclosed in a square box made from the material capable of offering toughest resistance to the corrosive intakes. These pumps are V-belt driven and suitable for use with common electric motors. The pumps have vacuum plate mounted at its top for different experiments. Available in following specifications.
