Polystyrene A HMPA

• Description :

  This resin is derivatized from aminoethyl polystyrene by coupling with the TFA-labile 4- (hydroxymethyl) -phenoxyacetic acid linker and leading to a more acid stable linker-resin bond than the aminomethyl derivative.The first amino acid is attached by an appropriate esterification reaction and after the completed peptide synthesis the free peptide is obtained by treatment with 95% TFA.
