• Description :

  ABX-MA1 is a humanized IgG2 monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting MCAM/MUC18. ABX-MA1 significantly decreases homotypic aggregation and heterotypic adhesion to HUVECs, and the formation of experimental lung metastasis. ABX-MA1 potently inhibits tumor growth, angiogenesis, and MMP-2 expression in A375SM/WM2664 xenograft mice model, promising for melanoma research[1].
