Bemiltenase alfa activates FX and promotes the conversion of prothrombin to thrombin, and thrombin can further transform fibrinogen into fibrin, forming a stable blood clot, thus exerting hemostatic activity. Bemiltenase alfa is promising for research of bleeding symptoms with hemophilia[1].
