Description

RA306 is an orally active CAMK2 inhibitor. RA306 can block the PEAK1/CAMK2 signaling pathway. RA306 inhibits the proliferation, migration, and invasion of breast cancer cells and has anti-tumor activity. In addition, RA306 can improve dilated cardiomyopathy in mice and can be used in the research of heart diseases[1][2].
