• Description :

  STG-001 is a retinol binding protein 4 (RBP4) antagonist. STG-001 inhibits RBP4 to reduce the synthesis of retinal and diretinol, thereby preventing photoreceptor degeneration. STG-001 can be used in the study of sexually precocious nephropathy (STGD) [1].
