Description
LTPA/RFP cells are derived from the mouse pancreas adenocarcinoma LTPA cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP stably expression construct.LTPA cells are used to investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying pancreatic cancer, and to evaluate the efficacy of new anticancer drugs and therapies. LTPA/RFP cells stably express RFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
