JMF4073 is a thymidylate (TMP) and cytidylate (CMP) kinases inhibitor with IC50s of 0.16 μM and 0.17 μM, respectively. JMF4073 eliminates wild-type (WT) -Bcr-Abl-transformed myeloid cells in vitro and in vivo[1].
