Description
MAP3K19 is a protein kinase involved in intracellular signaling. MAP3K19 can directly activate the ERK and JNK pathways and plays an important role in maintaining the survival of KRAS-mutant lung cancer cells. In addition, MAP3K19 also regulates allergic airway inflammation in patients with asthma by inhibiting airway epithelial responses stimulated by TWEAK, including reduced adhesion factors and production of RANTES, and suppressing allergic airway inflammation in a mouse model of asthma.
