  TLL-10X (Thermomyces lanuginosuslipase) is a highly efficient biocatalyst, recognized as a thermophilic fungal lipase with a cotton-like texture. It can be conjugated to magnetic nanoparticles and coupled to the surface of Fe (3) O (4) -COOH, enhancing its thermal and pH stability. The activity unit (U) of the lipase is defined as the amount of enzyme that produces 1 ?mol of fatty acid per minute under specific experimental conditions.
