• Bioactivity:

  D15 is a peptide containing a 15-amino acid sequence of dynamitin, acting as an AMPAR endocytosis inhibitor. It effectively obstructs the interaction between dynamitin and amphiphysin 1 and 2. D15 significantly enhances the amplitude of AMPAR excitatory postsynaptic currents (EPSC) in the medium spiny neurons (MSNs) of Sapap3KO mice. It is utilized in research on neuropsychiatric disorders.
