  Efgartigimod alfa is an Fc receptor blocker used to treat myasthenia gravis. It reduces overall IgG levels, including the pathogenic acetylcholine receptor (AChR) antibodies found in myasthenia gravis. Additionally, it can be formulated with hyaluronidase.
