The variable region of Vopratelimab (MouseIgG2a) matches that of Vopratelimab, while its constant region is based on the mouse IgG2a sequence. Vopratelimab (MouseIgG2a) promotes anti-tumor immune responses and enhances the efficacy of combination therapy with anti-PD-1.
