  EE-Flipper 33, a probe developed for investigating the early endocytosis mechanism, features a pKa of 10.6 and can track about 70% of early endosomes (EE) in live cells. Additionally, it labels the Golgi apparatus in live cells when the internal pH falls between 6.0 and 6.7.
