It cross-links PD-L1-positive tumor cells with macrophages, inducing antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. Sugemalimab is being studied for EGFR mutation-negative and ALK-negative metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), advanced solid tumors, and lymphoma.
