Wikstrol A, a potent antifungal, antimitotic, and anti-HIV-1 agent, demonstrates significant effects across various biological targets. It induces morphological deformation in P. oryzae mycelia, with a minimum morphological deformation concentration (MMDC) of 70.1 µM and inhibits microtubule polymerization, evidenced by an IC50 value of 131 µM.
