  NVP-QBE170 is a selective epithelial sodium channel (ENaC) inhibitor with an IC50 of 57.5 nM. It effectively suppresses ENaC function in human bronchial epithelial cells (HBEC), with a prolonged duration of action. NVP-QBE170 significantly decreases ENaC activity in guinea pig airway models and can be utilized for hyperkalemia research.
