  OSC-GCDI (P) is an orally active, broad-spectrum anti-influenza agent that has demonstrated significant inhibitory effects on both wild-type and Oseltamivir-resistant (H275Y) strains of the influenza virus in mouse infection models. It is effective in preventing not only wild-type influenza virus but also OS-resistant variants with NA (H275Y) .
