EP26 is an orally active and potent inhibitor of EGFR and PD-L1, with IC50 values of 48.6 nM and 1.77 μM, respectively. It reduces the protein expression of p-EGFR and induces cell cycle arrest at the G0/G1 phase. EP26 shows potential for glioblastoma research.
