  CDK7-IN-26 (compound 36) is an orally active CDK7 inhibitor with an IC50 of 7.4 nM. The compound effectively suppresses the growth of xenograft tumors derived from triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cell lines in vivo and has an IC50 of 0.15 ?M for inhibiting MDA-MB-453 cells in vitro.
