Disease:Overexpressed and constitutively tyrosine phosphorylated in colon, liver, pancreas and gastric carcinoma cell lines. Overexpression increases MET activation and promotes invasive growth., function:Receptor for SEMA4D. Plays a role in RHOA activation and subsequent changes of the actin cytoskeleton.
