• Description:

  GPHA2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 120 amino acids and having a total molecular mass of 13.28 kDa. The Thyrostimulin contains His tag which consists of 14 additional amino acids.

  GPHA2 filtered (0.4µm) and lyophilized from 0.5 mg/mL in 0.05M Acetate buffer pH 4.

• Storage Conditions:

  Lyophilized Thyrostimulin although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution GPHA2 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .
