  Melanotan-I has the amino acid sequence of Ser-Tyr-Ser-Nle-Glu-His-D-Phe-Arg-Trp-Gly-Lys-Pro-Val and a molecular weight of 1647.4 Dalton.

• Buffer:

  The protein (1 mg/mL) was lyophilized with no additives.

• Storage Conditions:

  Lyophilized Melanotan-I although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution MT-I should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.
