  Interleukin-17B Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a homodimeric, non-disulfide-linked polypeptide chain containing a total of 322 amino acids (2 chains of 161aa) and having a molecular mass of 36.5kDa. The IL-17B is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

  Interleukin-17B was Lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered concentrated solution in PBS, pH7.4, 0.05% Tween-20 and 3%Trehalose.

• Storage Conditions :

  Lyophilized Interleukin 17B although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution IL17B should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .
