Ubiquitous; highly expressed in heart, liver, muscle, kidney, intestine, colon, adrenal gland, prostate, testis, and pancreas. A chromosomal aberration involving FGFR1OP may be a cause of stem cell myeloproliferative disorder (MPD) . There are three named isoforms.
