Win 18446 is a bisdichloroacetyldiamines that inhibits ALDH1a2 enzyme activity in vitro with an IC50 of 0.3 μM. It also reversibly suppresses spermatogenesis by inhibiting testicular retinoic acid biosynthesis mediated by ALDH1A2.
