NS-398 (N- (2-cyclohexyloxy-4-nitrophenyl) methane sulfonamide) is a selective inhibitor of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) . The IC50 values for human recombinant COX-1 and -2 are 75 and 1.77 μM, respectively.
