In addition, PPOH acts on CYP4A2 and CYP4A3 with the IC50 values of 22 μM and 6.5 μM, respectively[1]. PPOH is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
