Description
Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to FITC which recognizes CD203c that expression increases in response to a variety of allergens, including cat dander, latex, and bee and wasp venom. CD203c upregulation may also serve as a tumor marker for colon carcinoma. It is a stable and highly soluble phycobiliprotein which provides maximal absorbance and fluorescence without susceptibility to internal or external fluorescence quenching

Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 μl reagent / 100 μl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests. Extracellular and intracellular staining.
