NVS-STG2

• Background :

  NVS-STG2 is a STING agonist that activates human STING by binding in a pocket between the transmembrane domains of neighboring STING dimers in a molecular glue-like manner (AC50 = 5.2 µM) . Inactive with mouse STING. NVS-STG2 slowed tumor growth significantly in MC38 tumors inoculated into hSTING knock-in mice.
