Mouse monoclonal antibody to CD33 which is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that is found on granulocyte and macrophage precursors in the bone marrow. It is expressed in Monocytic/myeloid lineage cells. CD33 may acts as a sialic acid-dependent cell adhesion molecule.
