Description
Mouse monoclonal antibody to CD18 which belongs to the integrin beta chain family. Defects in ITGB2 are the cause of leukocyte adhesion deficiency type 1 (LAD1) . CD18 is involved in cellular adhesion and the immune response. CD18 and the a subunits are expressed broadly by all leukocytes with NK and T cells showing higher density of surface expression.
