Aderamastat (FP-025) is an orally active, selective MMP-12 inhibitor. Aderamastat provides protection against house dust mite (HDM) -sensitized allergic asthma. Aderamastat can be used in the research of respiratory diseases, including chronic inflammatory airway diseases and pulmonary fibrosis[1][2][3].
