Canine PD-L1 Recombinant Protein

  • Background:

PD-L1 (Programmed death-ligand 1), also known as cluster of differentiation 274 (CD274) or B7 homolog 1 (B7-H1), is a type 1 transmembrane protein that has been speculated to play a major role in suppressing the immune system during particular events such as pregnancy, tissue allografts, autoimmune disease and other disease states such as hepatitis. Upon IFN gamma stimulation, PD-L1 is expressed on T cells, NK cells, macrophages, myeloid DCs, B cells, epithelial cells, and vascular endothelial cells.
  • Description:

The Canine PD-L1 yeast-derived recombinant protein is not tagged and is naturally endotoxin-free. The purity is greater than 98% as visualized by SDS-PAGE analysis. Canine PD-L1 applications are for cell culture, ELISA standard, and Western Blot Control. Canine PD-L1 yeast-derived recombinant protein can be purchased in multiple sizes. Canine PD-L1 Specifications: (Molecular Weight: 24.7 kDa) (Amino Acid Sequence: FTITVSKDLY VVEYGGNVTM ECKFPVEKQL NLFALIVYWE MEDKKIIQFV NGKEDLKVQH SSYSQRAQLL KDQLFLGKAA LQITDVRLQD AGVYCCLIGY GGADYKRITL KVHAPYRNIS QRISVDPVTS EHELMCQAEG YPEAEVIWTS SDHRVLSGKT TITNSNREEK LFNVTSTLNI NATANEIFYC TFQRSGPEEN NTAELVIPER LPVPASER (218) ) (Gene ID: 484186) .
