Cynomolgus Monkey CXCL1 (GRO alpha) Recombinant Protein

  • Background:

CXCL1 belongs to the CXC chemokine family and was previously called GROα, KC, neutrophil-activating protein 3 (NAP-3) and melanoma growth stimulating activity, alpha (MSGA-α) . CXCL1 is expressed by macrophages, neutrophils and epithelial cells, and has neutrophil chemoattractant activity. CXCL1 plays a role in spinal cord development by inhibiting the migration of oligodendrocyte precursors and is involved in the processes of angiogenesis, inflammation, wound healing, and tumorigenesis.
  • Description:

The Cynomolgus Monkey CXCL1 yeast-derived recombinant protein is not tagged and is naturally endotoxin-free. The purity is greater than 98% as visualized by SDS-PAGE analysis. Cynomolgus Monkey CXCL1 applications are for cell culture, ELISA standard, and Western Blot Control. Cynomolgus Monkey CXCL1 yeast-derived recombinant protein can be purchased in multiple sizes. Cynomolgus Monkey CXCL1 Specifications: (Molecular Weight: 7.9 kDa) (Amino Acid Sequence: ASVVTELRCQ CLQTLQGIHP KNIQSVNVKA PGPHCAETEV IATLKNGQKA CLNPASPMVQ KIIKKMLNCD KSN (73) ) (Gene ID: 574222) .
