Chicken IL-17B (IL-20) ELISA

  IL-17B, also known as IL-20, is a member of the IL-17 family. Other members include IL-17A, IL-17C, IL-17D, IL-17E, IL-17F. All members have homologous amino acid sequence segments and spatially conserved cysteines.

  The Chicken IL-17B/IL-20 ELISA contains capture antibody, recombinant protein standard, and detection antibody for development of a Chicken IL-17B/IL-20 ELISA. The antibodies have been determined to function in an ELISA with the standard provided. Optimal buffers, concentrations, incubation times, incubation temperatures, and methods for the ELISA have not been determined.
